How much are the transaction fees?
Transaction fees serve as a reservation fee payable directly to Anu. Depending on accommodation or travel services you book with points will determine the amount of the transaction fee due to Anu. For example: If you book an 8 day/7 night stay in a 2 bedroom villa at a Points resort, you will pay a "one time fee" of £69 to make the reservation. Here are the listed fees:
Fees are current for American, Canadian and British/EU members only. All others will be provided fees specifically for their respective country/region. Club Partners reservations may require up to 21 days advance reservation.

How is your membership different than timeshare ownership?
Traditional timeshare ownership uses hard pressure sales techniques that force you into a buying decision. They put you on a “90 minute”tour baiting you with potential free items – attempting to sell you an “ownership” opportunity. Once you remove the layers, you will find that you don't actually own anything, in fact you have committed yourself to “real estate” liability you can only resell at a loss, high management fees, restricted usage, limited availability and no flexibility in travel planning.
At the ANU Points Club, we have removed the barriers and offer a one year membership experience where you can vacation with points and sample the benefits of membership without a long term commitment or an insulting sales process. No other club in the United States offers a true risk-free one year membership.

Over the next year you will travel farther, experience new destinations, and vacation like never before. If we meet your expectations and service your membership to your satisfaction, you can elect to continue your membership by converting to The ANU Points full membership offering. However, before you make that decision, enjoy your points knowing there is no obligation, pressure or commitment to convert or renew once your initial year terminates.It sounds too good to be true. No, there is no catch, no tours to take or commitment beyond one year! We believe the one year membership allows us to earn your business and build a relationship of trust and credibility by providing 100% white glove customer service as you sample the benefits of vacationing with points.How do I get more points if I run out?
If at any time throughout your one year membership experience you opt for more points, your Membership Consultant can inform you about the many options available. At the ANU Points Club, your satisfaction is paramount to The ANU Points success.Can my family and friends come with me?
Absolutely! You are encouraged to bring your family and friends with you as you begin vacationing with points. The only restrictions placed are limited to the size of accommodation you are reserving with points. For Example: You reserve a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in Mexico. The villa only allows you up to 6 people in the villa. You will be limited to only 6 individuals in that villa. Please note, your transaction fee will be the same regardless of the number of people you bring as your guests.How long will it take before I have my points?
Once you purchase your one year membership, please allow up to 4 weeks before points are deposited into your account. Throughout the four weeks you will be assigned your very own Membership Consultant. The Membership Consultant will serve as your guide throughout your year long membership experience. He/She will be in contact with you immediately after you purchase to welcome you to the club, process your membership.Your Membership Consultant will keep you up to date with regard to the status of the processing time should it change and will help in planning your first vacation using points.
Can I book my vacation during my year membership, but travel after the membership has expired?
Yes. As long as you make the reservation during your year of membership, we will honor any reservation that falls outside of that year window.Does my one year membership begin the date I purchase a points package?
No. Once your membership has been completely processed and your account completely set-up your membership be activated. The year will begin upon activation.
For Example:
If you purchased points January 18th, 2007 and your account was set-up and activated on February 26, 2007 your one year membership experience would BEGIN Feb 26, 2007 and END February 26, 2008.
What accommodations can I use my points for?
- Over 3700 Resorts worldwide in the ANU Network
- Including resorts in the ANU Points Club Resort Collection
- Standard Hotels such as Travelodge, Ramada, Days Inn etc
Can I redeem my points for services other than accommodations?
Yes. With your membership you are given an allotment of points which you may use to redeem the following travel services:- Car Rental
- Airline Tickets
- Cruises
- Entertainment such as theme park tickets, day spas or helicopter sightseeing tours

Will I have to take a "tour" or will I have to sit through a sales presentation?
Unlike other forms of extra weeks that you may have experienced, members of the ANU Points Club are NOT obliged to attend any sales presentations. Your membership Consultant will contact the resort that you are visiting to notify them of your VIP status and their non-solicitation policy.
